Fine Dining Restaurants in Manila

Michelin-listed and set-menu fine dining in Manila, with Plateful price bands, course prices from menu cards, and checks before you book.

Plateful Editorial · October 24, 2026

Quick answer: For a Michelin-listed meal, start with Helm by Josh Boutwood in Makati, which the 2026 Michelin list places at two stars. For a set menu with a published price, Kása Palma lists an 8-course menu at ₱6,500 per person. For omakase, Iai in BGC lists kappo omakase from ₱5,800 per person.

Plateful's production copy, exported October 16, 2026, has 142 active restaurants in the ₱₱₱₱ band. That band also includes steakhouses, chains, bars, and nightclubs, so it is not a fine-dining list. This guide narrows it three ways. It keeps restaurants on the Michelin Guide Philippines 2026 list. It keeps restaurants whose Plateful menu card shows course or tasting prices. It keeps a few ₱₱₱₱ records whose Plateful descriptions call them fine dining. The Michelin list was checked on October 10, 2026. Price bands are Plateful's indicators, not promised bills.

Michelin-listed restaurants in the ₱₱₱₱ band

These are the venues from the Michelin Guide Philippines 2026 list that also have a Plateful page in the ₱₱₱₱ band.

Plateful has no menu card for Helm or Hapag, so this guide gives no price for either. Check their own sites before you book.

Steakhouse and à la carte prices

Elbert's Steak Room in Salcedo Village lists a USDA Super Prime ribeye at ₱8,500, a US Double Gold tenderloin at ₱6,500, and a USDA Super Prime New York strip at ₱5,500. The menu was as of October 10, 2026.

Chef Jessie Rockwell Club lists Baked Chilean Sea Bass in Miso at ₱1,750 and Pasta A la Jessie at ₱895. 12/10 lists Wagyu Tataki at ₱1,450. These are per-item prices as printed, not per-person totals.

For a wider view of the band, the Michelin Guide Manila hub and the Michelin Guide Manila 2026 article explain how the list is used on this site.

Check before you go

  • Menus change. The dates above are when the menu card was last recorded, not when you will visit.
  • Service and tax. Unless a menu says tax is included, expect a service charge and taxes on top of the printed price. Drinks are extra unless a pairing is named.
  • Reservations and dress code. This guide does not list either. Confirm with each restaurant.
  • Michelin listings change. The list is updated each year, so check the current edition before you plan around a star or distinction.

Frequently asked questions

Which Manila restaurants have Michelin stars?

According to the 2026 list, Helm holds two stars, and Hapag and Kása Palma hold one star each. The other one-star entries on the list do not have a Plateful page linked in this guide.

Does the ₱₱₱₱ band mean a restaurant is fine dining?

No. The band shows how Plateful places a restaurant relative to the others. Steakhouses, chains, and bars also appear in it, so use the Michelin listing, the menu card, or the restaurant's own description to judge the style of meal.

Which fine dining restaurants in Manila list a set menu price?

Three of the venues in this guide list set-menu or omakase prices on their menu cards: Kása Palma, Iai, and Yakiniku Bakufu. Each figure is per person and comes from the menu date given above. Helm and Hapag have no menu card on Plateful, so check their sites for current set-menu prices.

Are the prices on Plateful the full bill?

No. Menu prices are as printed on each menu. They do not include service charges, taxes where not stated as included, drinks outside a named pairing, or extras such as premium cuts added to a set menu.

Sources and method

Every restaurant in this guide is a Plateful record that is active in the production copy. No venue was added from outside it, and a venue was dropped if its Plateful page did not match the Michelin entry or if no price or description supported its inclusion. Michelin listings come from the Michelin Guide Philippines 2026 full list, checked on October 10, 2026. Menu prices come from the restaurant menu links shown above, as recorded in Plateful's menu data on the dates given. Restaurant names, areas, cuisine labels, and price bands come from Plateful's production copy, exported October 16, 2026.
