Caravan Black is the only BGC pick with a 2024 source. Its 2022 Tatler listing says it "allows you and your furry pals to enjoy your time together." The Wholesome Table BGC and Nono's BGC are reported in 2022 only. Botejyu BGC carries the strictest condition in the list.
Odd Cafe is on the seventh floor of Finman Centre in Salcedo Village. The 2024 roundup says its pet policies are in the cafe's Instagram highlights, so check there before you go. Toyo Eatery and Lusso by Margarita Forés - Greenbelt 5 are both 2022 reports with no newer confirmation.
Kandle Cafe on Mother Ignacia Avenue is the strongest Quezon City pick. Cafe Guilt is listed only for its al fresco side. The Wallflower Café in Alabang Town Center is the furthest south on the list.
Mall rules that apply
Philstar Life's May 2025 summary is the most current source here. Major malls, including SM, Power Plant, Robinsons, Megaworld, and Ayala, require pets on a leash, in a carrier or stroller, or hand-carried. Power Plant limits large dogs to outdoor areas, and SM food halls allow pets but not on tables. Megaworld's lifestyle malls, including Uptown Bonifacio, use a digital pet pass for dining establishments. Ayala Malls allows small dogs and cats under 30 lb only in a stroller or carry-on bag.
